Accounts
Accounts are for individual use. Professional (trade) access is granted manually after we verify your license and salon details, and may be revoked if information is inaccurate or trade pricing is shared outside your business.
Orders
Extensions are custom made to order. Turnaround is 1–2 weeks for extensions and 4–6 weeks for integrated toppers. Because each order is color-matched to your guest, custom orders are not returnable once production begins.
Appointments
Salon appointments are scheduled and paid through Square. Bridal bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with final payment due 10 days before the event.
